I know, I know - it has been FOREVER since I've been here  .  Been busy, busy, busy w/ work  and the girls.  Plus, I've been finding myself in chat rooms  talking to various people. 

Let me get everyone updated: Kiara had tubes the 5th of April.  We were worried about it but she did quite well.  We got very concerned  b/c the wait time for her was much longer than with Eryn.  I guess it's b/c she's younger.  When we rounded the cornor, she was being held by a nurse eating a popcicle .  Stephen took her first and then I sat down in the rocker w/ her.  Stephen broke down - he was just so releived that she was okay.  Of course, his jackass father didn't even bother to console him in any way.  Stephen told me later that his father just doesn't believe men should hold each other like that.  Well, that's just BULLSHIT .

The following day we went to put drops in her ears, her left ear (which had been highly infected during the procedure) had lots of blood.  Stephen proceeded to clean out her ear and the tube came out.  Of course, we called thinking we would need to take her in.  At first, the nurse was arguing  w/ us asking if we were sure it was the tube.  Well  we're not idiots and realize its the tube.  After consulting w/ doctor , there was no need to bring her in b/c the incision would act as if the tube was there and would drain.  At that point, there was nothing to do until the incision healed and at that point moinitoring will determine if her ears can drain properly. 

Cousin Khloe was FINALLY born on March 27th.  She weighed 8 lbs and 8.9 ozs.  Big baby but very, very cute.  We were all excited b/c Kim had so many problems early during the pregnancy.  Welcome to this huge bright world cousin Khloe .  We love you !!!

Last weekend, we went to an Easter  Egg Hunt at Debby's.  The girls were so funny.  Kiara walked around picking up one egg in one hand and another in the other hand.  Then would find another egg and drop one and pick that one up.  She walked around w/ just two eggs  until we got her to use the basket.  Then she started taking eggs and putting them into other kids' baskets.  Eryn on the other hand wanted to ride the kiddie cars.  Then she realized the eggs  had candy in them.  She would open one take out the candy eat it and then throw the egg down.  She did this repeatly never putting any in a basket.  She was cute though and became very high on chocolate  which seems to be her favorite choice.  She is a chocolate magnet!!!!

April 15th was the dreaded tax day !!  Of course, we found out it wasn't due until Monday.  We only had to pay state $156 so it wasn't to bad.  I paid over the internet since it was electronically filed.  Didn't have to worry about going to P.O. getting a money order, filling out registered mail, and return receipt paperwork.  Simple, simple, simple !!!

April 15th was also Mailey's 2nd birthday !!  Oc course, we were late.  I thought it was @ 2:00 but was at 1:00.  They were already opening gifts when we arrived.  Eryn and Kiara ran around playing w/ the toys.  We got Mailey a soccor ball  that was pink and silver.  She opened it and ran around kicking it.  Maybe one or two of our girls will play soccor; although, I'm more apt to tennis.  I want to start playing tennis  w/ Stephen if we can find the time.  Eryn and Mailey played chase some yesterday.  They were so cute .  They even hugged when we left.  The girls were so busy that they didn't even eat any cake . 

So, here we are on Easter Sunday .  I am on call (maybe I won't get any calls) plus I gotta get some work done .  I've got some major billing info due by Friday.  I dread it so much....  I am going to cook a ham though for supper.  Guess I need to run for now....

Damn, it's cold  this morn'.  It's spring, it's supposed to be decent weather.  I guess it's fair since we had a long fall w/ spring like weather way into November last year.  But, damn, IT'S COLD !!!

I know it's been a while since I've updated but I stay just so busy.  I feel like I don't get any time to get ANYTHING accomplished.  Of course, there are other priorities I must care for  as well as the dreaded laundry  as well as general housecleaning  (or at least what I get done). 

News in the household: the girls' cousin is due any day.  Her name will be Khloe.  That will be four girls that will be close in age and will grow up together and hopefully be close friends .  Kiara is going to have to have tubes in her ears on April 5th .  I hope she does well w/ it.  Stephen is working on his upcoming MMA fight he is promoting - he stays preoccupied w/ that at times.  It seems like I stay in constant psychological battles w/ Eryn  which is stressful.  It's only me she acts that way with - I know I spoiled her but she was my first child and I loved her so much . 

I bought the girls this percussion set from Wal-Mart which I had my eye on since Christmas time.  Originally it was $40 but we saw it marked down to $20.  Finanlly got it.  It has: congo set, maraca, cow bell (although I have that image of Wil Ferrel on SNL and the skit w/ the cow bell), tamborine, and a sliding stick (although, I don't what it's called).  The girls have been having fun w/ it.  I hope they grow up w/ an appreciation w/ music. 

I've hurt Stephen b/c while in a parenting chat room (which I think I should be about PARENTING and not men seeking sex) and met someone from Canada.  It was an innocent  play romp on the computer  but Stephen was really hurt by the incident.  I guess he's afraid b/c of Bill finding another on the internet plus we met each other on the internet.  Hopefully we can overcome the incident and move on.

Whew!!  Glad Monday's over with.  Typical busy Monday morning @ work .  Of course, got behind.  Ah, the joys of a full moon  (I know, I just never get to use that one, hehehe). 

I have a sprained muscle in my back, so needless to say, I'm not feeling my best .  Kiara for the first time sleep w/ us last night.  For some reason (well, I know why) Eryn has started biting .  She has picked it up @ daycare.  I asked yesterday if she has been biting more.  The answer was yes but b/c there are other biters in there.  She seldom used to bite.  Kiara needs to learn to bite her back so she'll stop !!!
